After about give a minute of the two sweet-talking back and forth Jacton finally left for his office and as he left Sydney’s office phone rang.

“Sydney’s office” she spoke into the phone.

“Can you come to the office I need you here?” Paxton said into the phone and almost immediately she left her desk to go to his office.

They had a lot to discuss the project at hand and she knew when it was work mode she had to forget all the lovey-dovey she could be in and focus on the order of the day.

“You called me sir!” she said as she entered his office greeting and got straight to the point.

“Yes we would be having a meeting today at two PM so get ready and her the team ready too,” Paxton said.

“Oh okay sir” she responded.

“You can allow what is needed and also you can prepare yet another catchy proposal so that we could raise enough funds for this project, I trust in you Syd,” he said and she nodded her head even though she was tensed and knew that whatever it was she was planning to do was going to be for the benefit of the company even if she was scared and apprehensive.

As he spoke she immediately left and went straight to her office and began to get to work.

These were the times when she would think she needed a life because she got so focused on work that she forgot she had a life of her own and even her friends and began to complain about it but what could she do?

As she rushed down the hallway to the company’s restaurant she met with some of the production team and they all wished her a great presentation later.

She was excited that they had her in mind to wish her a happy presentation and she thanked them wholeheartedly and then headed to get a hamburger and some juice.

When she returned to go to the office it was at least one thirty signallings she had thrifty minutes or maybe twenty-nine minutes to prepare for the meet g and get herself to the conference room.

Soon the meeting started with Paxton bringing in some points and she also affirmed those she thought were okay and those she didn’t think were great.

This time Jaxton was interested in the meeting it was not a hidden fact that he never showed up for the meeting but since he showed up to this one it was enough to say that it was a big project at hand.

Excited that the rest of the people had accepted the budgetary plan she had brought up she slowly gotanf left the conference hall while the others stayed back to applaud Paxton for her skill.

“I wish I could steal her away from you Paxton she is quite effective and efficient and she can do things so well so much so that you might think that she was born into the world of business,” one person said.

Hearing this made Paxton swell in happiness as he was excited she was being given such accolades and he was happy he had one of the best.

And just like any boss he couldn’t go telling her what had been said. she just might spoil her efficiency if she got a big head as to how effective and efficient she felt everyone calling her.

“I’ll let her know what you say” Paxton responded with a smile and then with that he left the room and entered his with excitement he thought back at what the other said if she continued this way she was going to make the headlines and a possible promotion at the end of the day but for now he just had to keep her on her feet for perfection.

“Brother I think if we give Sydney a raise she is going to work even harder” Paxton suggested to his brother who looked taken back for a moment before he finally shook his head a firm yes.

“We can do that I mean I guess she would be happy for that, yea we can give her after everything is settled that way she would most definitely ignite a new fire in her”
