When the two of them were done packing up, Abigail then said to Vera, "You heard Coralie. She said

that her husband had an affair. Who would believe that nonsense?"

someone to pick you up from home."

soon. He could see that she missed him dearly.

because he would undergo the surgery the following week.

If the operation failed, no one knew what his legs would end up like.

won't run away without bringing me along, will you?"

"Of course not. Daddy allowed me to go over because of you. If I don't bring you along, I can't go as

well."

Coralie tapped Hendric's little nose and said to him jokingly.
