Vampire University

Chapter 1 Welcome To Vampire University

Hailey’s Point of View

I can’t walk properly anymore.

We had been walking previously, but it seemed like we were going in circles.

“Are we truly going in the correct direction? Maybe we’re lost. “I grumbled.

“Shut up! You’re not contributing anything. ”

I just looked at Agatha badly, so she swallowed hard.

Kent’s intimidation, “It’s getting dark around here. Be careful, there might be a ghost that is watching us. ”

“You’re not helping.” Nadia said.

“Your fight won’t help either.” Theo said.

“I’m sure we’re close.” Ethan calms them down.

I almost screamed when someone touched me. I stared at Kent because he was really naughty.

He even managed to laugh before he left, leaving me behind.

We were going to Vampire University. It was surprising because the map sent to us by someone said we needed to go to the jungle. Crazy map!

“Ouch!” I stumbled because of the root of the tree.

I was stunned when not one of them helped me. They even got to laugh rather than help me.

“Stop laughing!” I wean them.

“Your clumsy.” Nadia teased me.

I was about to speak, but I saw someone running behind Nadia.

“Ghost!” I shouted, so they were confused.

“You’re just kidding, aren’t you?”Agatha asked nervously.

I was shocked when they ran. So I followed them.Published by Nôv'elD/rama.Org.

“I’m tired,” I said, while holding my chest.

They stopped running, and when they turned to me, we suddenly fell.

“Ouch!” I complained.

“Shit! Where are we? ” I heard Theo say that disgustedly.

Nadia blamed me, “It’s all your fault, Hailey.”

“Did I want us to fall here?” I asked disgustedly.

“If you hadn’t intimidated us, we wouldn’t have fallen.” She said calmly.

“Guys, you’re not young enough to act like that anymore.” Ethan said.

I rolled my eyes. My jaw dropped when I saw what was in front of us now.

“Is this what we’re looking for?” I asked.

I shook my clothes, and we went near the gate.

“It looks like this is exactly the place it says on the map.” Agatha said.

“Who are you?!”

We almost jumped in panic because an old man appeared in front of us.

Alejandra asked bravely, “Is this Vampire University? We’d love to go in here. ”

The old man suddenly grinned horribly. Crazy, but terrifying!

“Follow me.” He commands us.

He walked with us first. While walking, I never lose the feeling that there is a strange energy here in this place.

I hugged myself as cold air caressed my body.

“I feel it’s wrong for us to get in here.” I whispered to Alejandra.

“You just feel that.” She says.

When we entered, the students did not lose sight of us.

Horrible looks, while others were smirking menacingly. I was already terrified of this place.

“Register first.” The old man said.

“It will be fun for us to get in here.” Kent whispered to me.

I almost fell because a student ran into me.

I would have told the student something, but the old man stopped me.

“Just ignore it if you don’t want to get involved.” He warned me.

The students were already in a commotion. Others are holding knives.

“Stop them.” I said worriedly.

“If you want to get involved, you’re the one who stopped them.” The old man said, coldly.

“Are you like that here?” I asked disgustedly.

He just gave me a smile, so I kept quiet.

“All those questions already have an answer.” He said emphatically.

We went into a room and were greeted by a man sitting on the couch.

He motioned for us to be seated. I also noticed traces of blood on the floor.

“Good morning, newbies. I am Dracilus Sy, the Headmaster of Vampire University. So, first you’ll need to fill up the forms. ” Then I picked up the forms on the desk.

We are now filling up the forms. As I was doing this, I simply looked at Headmaster Dracilus, who was also staring at us.

A smile flashed on his lips, as if to indicate something. I just shrugged and finished filling out the form.

“Welcome to Vampire University!” They both laughed out loud.

“You have to know the rules, but the president will tell you.” Headmaster Dracilus said.

“Wait! ” I got their attention.

“Do you want to say something?” The old man asked.

I was about to speak, but someone kicked the door.

My eyes widened when I saw a man who was no longer alive with a knife stuck in his back.

My knees seem to soften because of what I see now.

“Demon, come in.” Headmaster Dracilus said.

A man came in holding a knife, and he stepped on the dead body.

“He’s the president of Vampire University.” The old man said.

“Is there a president who kills students?” Those words spontaneously came out of my lips.

“What do you want me to do? I guess, you want me to end your life?” The man asked coldly.

I was devastated by his questions.

“Guys, let’s get out of here.” I told my friends.

I was about to go out, but the old man blocked me.

“Once you enter this place, you can’t get out.” Headmaster Dracilus said emphatically.

“All you can do is fight to live or die unopposed.” The old man said.

“It’s a school to study and not to kill.” I insisted.

“This school allows you to kill whoever you want, and all evil deeds are legal.” The man said.

He approached the dead man and stabbed him. I saw how he pulled out his sharp nails.

He dipped his finger in the blood and wrote something on the wall.

“Always remember my name.” He said before leaving.

I looked at the wall he had written on.

“Demon.” I said softly.

“You’re new students, so it’s better if you be careful.” The old man reminds us.

We left the room, but I was still uncomfortable in this place.

Don’t they realize that what they are doing is wrong? Why do they let students kill each other?

I have a strong feeling that many bad things will happen now that we have entered here.
