Chapter 1801 Ruin Their Relationship

Chapter 1801 Ruin Their Relationship

The next second, Cassie raised her hand to try and slap this woman through the face again, but the

latter stopped her.

"Enough! You said you are only Nick's girlfriend, not his wife yet. You can't mind his business or

interfere with our relationship." With a ready tongue, this woman retorted at Cassie. Her oppressive

attitude made Cassie feel like she was the third person, and this woman was Nick's official girlfriend. NôvelD(ram)a.ôrg owns this content.

"Pardon me. I can't seem to understand what you're trying to imply. Do you mean that your boyfriend

can have sex with another woman randomly?" Cassie thought that this kind of person was so hateful.

They filed the suit first like they weren't the guilty party, and even called white black.

She wondered if this woman wasn't afraid that she would meet a ghost after walking in the darkness so

frequently.

"That just proves that I am incapable of taming my own boyfriend. Can I blame others?" But this

woman seemed not to care at all, as if a woman who got cheated on deserved it.

Cassie felt confused. How could Nick know such a woman?

"Nick!" Not wanting to waste another minute arguing with such an immoral woman, Cassie finally

turned and called out to him.

Her voice was so loud that Nick, who was about to fall asleep, was awakened.

Puzzled, Nick got up and shook his head continuously, trying to make himself sober up.

"Nick, have you been drinking?" Cassie stared at Nick and questioned him, barely controlling her

anger.

She would find out, once and for all, if this woman just pestered him or if Nick was also immoral.

Nick had never seen Cassie so upset, so he stumbled to reach her and hug her. He was so focused on

Cassie that he didn't notice the woman standing next to him.

However, as Nick walked towards Cassie, the woman stopped him, a naughty smile escaping her lips.

"Nick, don't you want to admit that you have taken advantage of me?"

"Who...Who are you?" Feeling his head was going to explode, Nick couldn't help holding it with both

hands.

"Nick, tell me what the hell happened here." Cassie was not easily impulsive, so she didn't believe the

woman's vague words. She would rather hear about it directly from Nick.

Being grabbed by the woman, Nick shook his head when he saw Cassie misunderstood him. "Cassie,

listen to me. I really don't know who she is."

"Nick, be a man. Are you saying that you have forgotten everything that happened between us?"

Pretending she was angry, the woman started to accuse Nick. Meanwhile, she didn't neglect to glance

at Cassie from behind her, and she secretly laughed at the sight of her pale face.

"Don't try to dump me." She gave Nick another naughty smile.

Afterwards, she turned to Cassie with a suggestive smile. "Don't try to make Nick go back to you."

"Shut up! It's between us. Stay out of this." Cassie was not obedient. It was unprecedented that she

could even endure this woman till now, after being bullied by her. Clearly, if she went too far, Cassie

would make her regret it.

Seeing Cassie so angry for the first time, Nick felt really nervous. So he pushed the woman away and

without hesitation. His only concern now was Cassie.

Nick came to her quickly and shook his head, helplessly saying, "Cassie, I really don't know what has

happened. I only had dinner with a client today, as I told you before. But at dinner, I suddenly felt

unwell, so I had to stop and rest in the nearby hotel. The last thing I know is that I woke up here. I truly

can't remember anything else."

Cassie stared at Nick's eyes the entire time. They had been in a relationship for a long time, and she

knew him too well. He was not a good liar. Every time he lied, his eyes would betray him. Whenever he

talked with her but didn't dare to look into her eyes, she knew he was lying.

But right now, he stared into Cassie's eyes seriously, trying his best to make her understand. He didn't

seem to be lying.

'What was going on?' Cassie thought to herself.

She was confused. Nick was a heavy drinker and wouldn't get drunk so easily. Did somebody try to set

him up on purpose?

"Enough, Nick! You are really a good actor. You just had sex with me earlier. How can you say that you

forgot everything?"

The woman seized her chance to cut in, seeing that Cassie was moved and wanted to believe Nick's

statement. The woman initially remained silent, noting how deeply in love with each other they were,

but she didn't come here to watch a play.

Cassie glared at Nick, pushing him away. Walking slowly towards the woman, she looked at her from

head to toe, commenting with a faint smile, "Do you think your words will be enough to ruin our

relationship?"

"Believe it or not, women mostly want to cheat themselves. Anyway, I have slept with your boyfriend,

but I don't want to be with him anymore. So you can keep him." Not fearing Cassie at all, the woman

pushed her chest out with both hands. After speaking her mind, she left leisurely.

The woman had started a blasting fuse and suddenly went away, but it caused a turbulence between

Cassie and Nick.

Shortly after she left, Cassie silently went upstairs without looking back at Nick.

Nick certainly wouldn't be left behind. He hurriedly followed Cassie upstairs, wanting to explain, but

when he reached the bedroom door, Cassie had already closed it.

"Cassie, please, let me in," he pleaded from behind the door. Actually, Nick had a key to the door, but

he didn't dare to open it. He was afraid that if he barged in, Cassie would be angrier, so he decided just

to keep pleading with her from the other side of the door.

Feeling completely heartbroken, Cassie started packing her stuff. No matter if what that woman had

said was true, or not she thought it had something to do with Nick. It was all his fault, and she wouldn't

forgive him easily.

After Cassie got her things ready and came out, Nick had been patiently waiting in the living room,

trying his best not to enter the bedroom and disturb Cassie.

Seeing Cassie come out, Nick quickly stood up and smiled at her nervously. "Cassie, I will ask my

colleague who came with me what exactly happened. And then I will tell you everything immediately,

okay?"

"Okay. Go and ask."

Cassie looked emotionless, but she didn't seem to be mad at him anymore. Thinking that all was good,

Nick initially felt happy and relieved, but he suddenly realized something that changed his expression.

However, Cassie didn't stop but went straight to the door. Nick stopped her from walking outside. "What

are you going to do?"
