Pursuing My Ex Wife in Full Blooming Spring

Chapter 200

Chapter 200

"Grandpa, don't be mad. I was really held up."

"And what could've kept you? You do nothing all day long! All you do is fool around outside! What good use are you?"

Chandler was furious. After all, although Dylan was playful, he was well-informed in culture and history. He was extremely talented and smart, almost as good as he was. Frustratingly, Dylan would always be held up by unimportant things, just like that day.

It only made sense that Chandler would be pissed.

"I am useful! You guys are at the riverbank of Le Soleil, right? I'll come over right now! By the way, Scott is there, right? Naomi is there too, right?"

For the past two days, Scott had been accompanying Naomi. Chandler approved of Scott a lot. He often told Dylan to learn from Scott and also for him to look for a wife like Naomi. That way, the family would be at peace.

Chandler was not going to allow any Tom, Dick, or Harry to marry into the family. In any case, Dylan would never be able to marry anyone without his approval.

Dylan, however, was not thinking about marriage yet. He had not had enough freedom yet.

"They came early. We agreed on eight-thirty, and they arrived right on time. Look at you. Could you learn from Scott? When can I ever stop worrying about you?"

How Chandler wished that Scott was his grandson. Scott was exceptional and reliable, so much better than his own grandson.

Chandler was about to continue his lecture, but Dylan already got his answer. He quickly said, "Alright, alright! I'll head there right now! I'll be there in half an hour!"

Then, he hung up.

Dylan immediately called Scott after seeing Belle's message, wanting to let him know. After all, his best friend, Scott, was trying to win back the person of his heart. If she knew that Scott was caring for other women, that would be trouble.

Dylan did not expect that Scott would not pick up his phone. He had no idea why.

He then thought about how his grandfather told him about how Scott had been with Naomi for the past two days. He tried calling his grandfather, but the call was not picked up as well.

Dylan could roughly guess the reason.

Their phones were on silent.

Dylan called Chandler's secretary to double-confirm the situation. Now that he was sure about the situation, he quickly flew over.

Scott most likely did not know about the situation, but Naomi knew. He was worried because he could not read Naomi's mind at all.

If a woman cared about a man, there would surely be a reaction if she were in such a situation. Exclusive © content by N(ô)ve/l/Drama.Org.

However, from how Belle described Naomi's reaction, he was not sure if she cared for Scott or not.

If she did care, she was way too calm. If she did not care, that would be worse.

Chandler glared at his phone when Dylan hung up on him. His grandson was a downright troublemaker.

Chandler put down the phone and looked at Scott, who was wheeling Naomi. He saw how intently Scott was looking at Naomi and sighed a long sigh.

If Dylan was even one-tenth of Scott, he would not have to worry so much about him.

Naomi did not know that Dylan was on his way. She also did not know that the call with Belle would make everyone anxious.

She listened to Chase explain everything about the old streets in the historical city. Thoughts slowly formed in her mind. She roughly had a new idea of what she was going to carve.

Scott was behind her, wheeling her on. He noted how her eyes seemingly twinkled like the stars in the night sky.

Dylan said he would be there in half an hour, but it took less than that to reach.
