“What the hell is that woman doing here?” Lana asked herself as her gaze met with Adia.
Alliance boulangerie et cafeine is a reputable store, and a puppet like Adia cannot afford it.
Sebastian has taught her a very valuable lesson, for the strings she pulled at the party, he took away all her father’s investors, and the company is at the verge of falling all because of one woman.
Lana was sure that everything that happened there, that day was just an act, she dated Sebastian for two weeks, and it was enough for her to know, the kind of person he is, he basically hates body contact, and the deed was done with him touching her only, he basically ties her up, whenever they were having sex, but she can’t complain, can she? As long as she enjoyed it.
So Lana couldn’t believe, he married Adia, he hates women, even if they dated, he never showed her affection, he doesn’t even welcome hugs, it was nothing but a distant relationship.
The only thing she benefited, was the good sex, and the name that comes with dating the almighty Sebastian Hunters, she walked around with her shoulders high, and her father’s company bloomed, now it’s slowly dwindling all because Sebastian turned his back on them, resulting to him become their enemy, making the Rhoades cooperation gain more enemies, because no one wants to be on Sebastian’s bad side, he’ll basically destroy you.
She does nothing now all because of a little witch, who she believes Sebastian paid to act as his wife, so he can drive away leeches.
Ready to strike, she walked towards Adia’s direction, but Adia was quick to leave with the woman beside her.
“I’ll get you Adia, you can run but you can’t hide” Lana’s lips curved up, as an idea hit her, Adia’s definitely not gonna pay for whatever she buys, because she’ll never be able to afford it, Alliance boulangerie et cafeine is for the rich only, and someone like Adia that earns peanuts can’t afford to be here.
All because Sebastian paid her to act like his wife, is making her grow wings.
Making her way to the counter, she devised a plan in her head, waiting patiently for Adia, so she could hack her plan.

“So ma’am, what are we baking for you and sir’s birthday?”Monica asked, as they stood at the other side of the store, that has Successfully avoided the woman from earlier, and as far as Monica was concerned, she screamed nothing but trouble.
“Yea, I’m thinking of making a dacquoise cake” Adia said as they walked through the shelves looking for the ingredients.
“I’ll need almond and hazelnut meringue, ”
” Sure let’s get it” Monica responded as she walked through the shelves picking up ingredients.
” What’s so special about this Alliance boulangerie et cafeine?” Adia asked as the ingredients are just any normal ingredients sold anywhere.
” Their ingredients are made from the world’s best farms, like the best production companies produces also, the delegates from all over the world also order cakes from here whenever a party is being thrown”
” Also, at the cafe behind this building, you’ll find lots of important people there, because that’s where they usually come during work break on afternoons, they make the first espresso you know” Monica explained as Adia nodded.
After grabbing a few things, they walked to the counter to pay for what they’ve bought. Adia was about to take out the card from her purse to pay for what she purchased, when she heard a loud voice behind her.
“Imposter” Lana yelled as Monica turned to face her, but was stopped by Adia who decided to ignore her.
“Oh I am talking to you, she’s a thief everyone” Lana screamed, gaining people’s attention.
But Adia still chose to ignore her, which only hurt Lana’s ego the most.
“I’m talking to you” she glared, yanking Adia’s elbow forcefully, as Adia squealed in pain.
” Ma’ am are you okay,?” Monica asked in concern as she held Adia.
” Who the hell do you think you are?” She asked angrily, glaring at Lana.
” So you’re her partner in crime, so you’re both thieves, security!”
” And what proof do you have, you think you can come here bickering rubbish” Though Adia is not surprised by Lana’s words, she’s really hurt, because she’s not done anything to receive this kind of hatred.
Though she’s not angry, she’s very sad to feel better, and not ruin the good mood, so she shrugs off her sadness, turning back to the clerk, so she can make her payments and leave this damn place.
“I’m not done talking” Lana yelled, grabbing Adia by her shoulders this time. The fact that Adia was ignoring her only made her more angry, as she felt like a fool.Belongs to © n0velDrama.Org.
“Hey who do you think you are?, To just come in here and declare me a thief, what proof do you have?, Get lost”
Adia couldn’t bear Lana’s presence anymore, some women just act so despicable,
” Ma’am I’ll get Mickelson” Monica said, as soon as Lana heard the name Mickelson, she froze, she knew Mickelson to be Sebastian’s guard, and the man at the party that night.
Sebastian had insisted Mickelson accompanied Adia, along with a driver and maid, Adia only took Monica along into the store, assuring Mickelson that she’ll be fine, that’s why he stayed behind, if not, he would probably be teaching Lana a lesson by now.
Lana couldn’t believe what she just heard, if Mickelson is around here somewhere, that means Adia is still with Sebastian, and Sebastian sent Mickelson to protect her, and did the lady beside her call her ma’am?
Lana couldn’t help but ask, as realization struck her hard.
“Excuse me” Adia pushed a speechless Lana aside as she made way to pay for her stuff, everyone watching the little scene froze, the moment they saw the card she brought out, it was a centurion black card, only a few people possessed that card.
“Ma’am” The female clerk handed back the card and receipt to Adia, who stormed out of the store.
Lana couldn’t withhold the shame, she literally disgraced herself, she could already hear people talking about her, she grabbed her bag, walking out of the store in shame and anger, Sebastian never gave her the centurion black card, but gave an imposter, a card that her father didn’t possess.
Away from the scene, at another part of the store, a beautiful lady, dressed in a tight gown, with high heels and heavy makeup watched the scene unfold in front of her, as her blue eyes, were both mixed with mischief, and anger, as the corner of her lips curved up, before being finally replaced by anger, she pulled out a phone from her purse, dialing a number, as she left the store.
