Amelia stood in front of the mirror brushing her hair. She could see worry in Liam’s eyes from his reflection.

Liam stared at the large screen in front of him which showed Amelia, she wriggled her fingers at the drone flying around her.

He tapped the ear pod in his ears, he had to stay connected with her at all cost. “Don’t be scared I’m here”

“You know I’m never scared Liam I’m the bravest lady you can ever come across, I hope you know that?”

“When you get back I will make sure to punish you so severely”

Their plan was to get a hold of Jane before she causes more trouble, her stay at the asylum has really made her loose her mind for real. Her jealousy was just so inhumane.

Amelia pulled out her phone taking several selfies and videos of herself, she posted it on her Instagram account, she knew Jane must be so desperate to find her.

“And done! now we just have to wait for her to show up” she mumbled to herself.

Jane turned on her phone as soon as it vibrated, she grinned evily. “Wow that was super easy! and guess what bestie I’m coming for you”

Now all she had to do was to find out where exactly this was, she zoomed in one of Amelia’s pictures. “This place is near a cliff, seems like she is alone”

“But her guards? and Mr Grayson?” her eyes brightened when she figured out how to get rid of them.

She hailed down a cab and got in, she needed to reach that location on time before Amelia leaves there..

Liam’s eyes narrowed at the screen, he spotted Jane hiding among the rocks in the surroundings. He touched his ear pod “Amelia she is behind you act natural”

Liam rubbed his palm together, he just prayed that everything goes as planned.

“I hope your men are ready? shoot her dead If the need arises” Liam ordered in a firm and authoritative voice.

Amelia took a step closer to the edge of the cliff, if she steps a bit more closer she knew Jane would take that as an opportunity and come out.

Jane came out of her hiding place and walked in feather steps towards Amelia.

Amelia saw her shadow getting nearer and turned.

“You!” she acted surprised to make it more real.

Jane smirked spreading her arm “Don’t you miss me bestie? I went through a lot just to be with you now!”

“I have dealt with so many people like you in my life and you don’t stand a chance!”

Jane grabbed Amelia’s arm squeezing it harshly, she brought her hand to Amelia’s face. “Do you see this right here? your husband wrote your name on my hand, but I won’t do that to you, instead I’m about to write my name on your destiny!”

Amelia slapt Jane across the face, her jealousy has cost her dearly. She pulled her arm out of Jane’s grip and yanked her hair backwards.

“you have troubled me enough, you snatched everything away from me but maybe this is my fate thank you for drugging me that night because I got to see you for who you truly are, and I got married into a powerful family like that!”

Jane spotted the drone flying around up in the sky, was this a trap? She walked towards the edge of the cliff. She took a glance at Amelia’s ear and pulled off the ear pod.

Liam stood up hurriedly and was about to head out. “Darn it!” he cursed loudly kicking his seat away in anger.

“Boss if you intervene now everything will be over she already knows this was a setup our men are all over she won’t be able to get out”

“To hell with Jane! get my wife out of there now!” his icy tone shook the tent they were staying in.

Amelia panicked slightly, Jane was holding tightly to her hands while stepping forward to the edge of the cliff.

“let me go! what are you trying to do?” Amelia screamed.

“You and your husband were trying to trap me, good thing I brought someone to film this whole drama, you will be blamed for my death! if I fall off this cliff”

Amelia’s eyes narrowed at Jane, she has completely gone nuts, all these because of revenge?

“You want to die? there’s no problem! I will happily push you off!”

Amelia retorted nudging Jane towards the edge, any more step will result her to fall off.

A look of fear crossed Jane’s face as she looked down at the height. “Amelia let me go! don’t you dare push me!”

“I’m Amelia Grayson! no prison cell can hold me for a minute, it appears you’ve forgotten whose wife I am now let me bring you back to your senses”

“You scared me there for a second, who asked you to go so near to the cliff? what if you slipped and fell?”

“I’m impossible to get rid of so how can I die so easily?” she remarked with a grin.

Liam and Amelia exchanged gazes, what was this mad lady saying?

“Don’t act so surprised Liam that’s just the truth and the day you find out, you will come looking for me!” she laughed out hysterically as she was led away by several armed men.

Liam placed his finger on her lips “I don’t believe a word she said, she is telling lies, I trust you completely”

Amelia smiled but deep down she was worried, why would Jane spill such nonsense?

He turned to the mother and son that has been staring at him for some time now.

“You both are good for nothing, for years now you couldn’t do anything to stop Liam but today with the snap of my fingers his happy days were numbered!”
