MY ONE NIGHT STAND WITH MR ARROGANT

Liam woke up to an empty bed in the morning, he looked around the large room to find Amelia with a script pacing around the room.

He pulled the duvet off his body, anger from nowhere crept into his body as he recalled that she had a shoot today.

Amelia closed her eyes mumbling some words while moving around.

“Big sis which do you prefer the blue one or the pink one?” Chloe appeared with two bow.

Amelia hissed dropping her script “I thought I asked you to let the maid dress you up for school”

Chloe pouted her lips blinking her big black eyes “But I want your help”

Amelia lifted her up to stand on the chair facing the vanity table. “Hmm I prefer the pink one, you know the color pink suites cute girls like you” Amelia remarked pulling her cheeks slightly.

Liam frowned in annoyance, once upon a time she was the first one to wake him up from sleep with her constant weird behaviors.

Amelia picked her phone that was ringing on the table. “Good morning director don’t worry I’ll be there soon give me half an hour to get ready”

Liam raised a brow, it seems she wasn’t even noticing his existence. He sighed as he left for the bathroom.

“Chloe please meet the maids to help you get dressed I’m running late”

Amelia said picking out her outfit from the closet, she took out a shiny black skimpy gown. “This would do”.

She knocked slightly on the bathroom’s doors “Liam please hurry up I’ll be late for my shoot”

Liam looked up from the newspaper while sitting at the bathtub’s edge.

“I’ll be done in a minute” He replied back flipping through the papers.

Amelia paced around the room, Liam wasn’t done yet it’s been so long already.

She sighed picking up her clothes and left the room, of all days why today to spend so long in the bathroom.

Amelia knocked softly on Brianna’s door before pushing it open. “Good morning mum” Amelia greeted opening the thick yellow curtains in the room.

Brianna raised her hand to cover the rays of sunlight that was reflecting into her eyes.

“Sorry for interrupting your sleep I just need to use your bathroom since Liam wants to spend all eternity in ours”

Brianna waved her off yawning, Amelia thanked her once more before entering the bathroom..

Liam came out of the bathroom after a while feeling satisfied that she will be late for her shoot, however to his surprise she was sitting in front of the mirror all dressed up applying makeup to her face.

“You are ready? but how is that even possible?”

“Oh I used mum’s bathroom since you were taking much time” She got up picking her purse

“I’m late already bye”

Liam’s heart skipped a beat staring at her dress. “are you really wearing that? it’s so skimpy and your… ummm….

He cleared his throat “Is visible” He added swallowing hard.

Amelia grabbed a blue jean jacket from the bed “That’s why I’m going with this” She waved it in front of him.

She pulled up her dress a bit to cover the exposing part of her breasts.

“Why don’t you wear something more appropriate?”

“Because there’s no time”

She argued and left the room hurriedly.

“Is she really that excited to kiss that weird guy on set?” he asked in unbelief..

Amelia arrived at the location for the shoot which was an empty street. As soon as she sat down on a chair meant for her the makeup crew surrounded her retouching and applying more makeup to her face.

“Miss Hart you arrived so late quickly take your position we have to start filming now you didn’t finish your scene yesterday so today you have to start from where you stopped” The director announced.

Amelia changed her black heels into the white sneakers she was supposed to wear in the movie. “I’m ready” she took a deep breath in and released it after a while.

The director signalled the cinematographer and cameramen to get ready, they raised a thumb in reply to him.

“Rolling… sound and action!”

Lisa walked down the street in anger, she had a fight with Lawrence few minutes back and he was acting too big to apologize for his wrongdoings.

A black car stopped by her side, when she saw who it was she fastened her pace.

Lawrence came down from the car chasing after her, “Lisa please hear me out what you saw was wrong she was a college friend of mine years back”

Lisa placed both of her hands against her ears walking faster. “Lawrence please go away I don’t want to see you now”

The director bowed to the man standing in front of him, he was quite surprised on why he was here. “Mr Grayson what brings you here?”

Liam ignored the director’s nosy question as he stared ahead looking at his wife and kelvin who were acting.

Liam took a seat which the director offered and sat with one leg over the other.

“Mr Grayson do you need anything to eat or drink?”

Liam waved his hand in objection right now he wasn’t in the mood to eat or drink.

Lawrence suddenly pulled Lisa back, her chest brushed slightly with his which angered a certain someone.

He placed a finger under her jaw raising her face towards him maintaining eye contact with her. “Don’t you see how much I love you? do you really think I’d leave you for your cousin sister?”

Lisa blinked her eyes that were starting to become teary. “Then why were you acting overly close with her? you are doing this on purpose to hurt me right?”

“Lisa dear why are you getting upset?”

“I’m sorry for doubting you, I love you more”

Lawrence smiled at her inching his face towards her slowly when…..

“Cut!” “Cut!” “Cut!”

The whole crew turned towards the person who would dare ruin this beautiful moment that they’ve been waiting for.

Amelia freezed, that voice sounded familiar to her.
