MY ONE NIGHT STAND WITH MR ARROGANT

Allison casted Amelia a deadly glare, her face had completely turned red she stepped slowly towards them.

Liam couldn’t believe that Allison would show her face in the house after what took place between she and Amelia.

“I should be asking you that question! you’ve managed to snatch Liam from me by using your conniving and treacherous ways!”

Amelia narrowed her eyes at Allison to know exactly where she was driving at.

“If it’s about what happened to your sad brother, I feel no remorse whatsoever and by the way I never snatched Liam”

Amelia took a step forward “He was always mine to begin with and I’m not willing to share him with anyone most especially you!”

Allison sniffed back the tears that were beginning to fall out of her eyes. “You both have declared war, dracula won’t spare you” Allison said spitefully.

“Let him come I’ll be waiting! he dared mess with my wife today believe me when I say this the countdown to his downfall begins tonight!”

Allison swallowed hard staring at Amelia’s flat stomach, she couldn’t believe that a child is really growing in there, her mind started plotting evilly the next minute.

Amelia unconsciously touched her stomach when she saw how Allison fixed her whole attention on it.

“You’ll hear from my brother soon enough” Allison said before leaving.

Meanwhile Amelia felt lost in her own thoughts, that look Allison gave her creeped her out. Liam noticed her uneasiness and was a little concerned. “Are you alright?”

Amelia nodded her head to convince him, but she just couldn’t describe the feeling she felt a while ago..

Liam opened his eyes to see Amelia hovering around him, he sat up immediately feeling a bit suspicious by her weird behavior.

Amelia who wasn’t expecting him to wake up so soon hid her phone behind her back which made Liam more suspicious of her.

“What are you doing?”

Amelia stood up from the bed at once and moved back when he came down from the huge mattress.

“I’ve lived with you for quite sometime now and I know when you do silly things, tell me now and I might go easy on you”.

Amelia clamped her mouth with her palm resisting the laughter that was about to burst out, she pointed towards the mirror.

“Go and have a look!”

Liam tried to understand what was going on in that crazy mind of hers, he reluctantly walked towards the mirror.

His eyes widened which made Amelia burst out in laughter. “Is that makeup?”

Liam touched his face in shock, she even applied a red lipstick to his lips which made him look like one of those witches in movies.

He turned to her with a questioning brow which further added to his funny look.

“Come on don’t frown you look cute!” she commented in between laughter.

“I will get you for this!”

Amelia dashed off seeing as he was chasing after her.

Brianna heard a series of laughter coupled by fast movements. “Tina” she called out to her nurse.

Tina moved quickly towards her “Yes ma’am do you need anything?”

Brianna nodded “Take me out I think something is going on”

Tina nodded pushing her out of the room..

Tina wheeled Brianna to the living room where they witnessed how Liam chased Amelia around the room.

Brianna smiled at their cute behavior, this scene just made her day, she could see the genuine smile on their faces.

She shook her head in shock on seeing Liam’s face, she could now understand what must have happened.

“Hey you two”

Liam and Amelia both stopped as soon as they heard Brianna’s voice. “So you two lovebirds don’t know that other people reside in here?”.

Liam walked towards his mum while Tina bowed slightly to him. “Mum can you imagine what she did to my face?”

“Mum in-law please tell him that he looks cute like that”.

Brianna pulled Liam’s ears gently “If you really want to have this love play why don’t you go on a honeymoon with your wife silly!”

Mark sipped his hot tea staring out of his window, today was Brianna’s death anniversary. Only he knew how much he loves her till date, nobody understands how he felt all not even his wife or children.

“Dad!” Chloe’s tiny voice echoed in the room startling mark a bit. Without wasting anymore time she threw herself into his embrace knocking off his cup of tea.

“Oh princess! careful” Mark said picking her up in his arms. He walked away from the spilled coffee and broken pieces of glass.

“Daddy you know I heard grandfather saying that big bro will be here today is it true?”

Chloe’s big eyes stared at mark’s dull ones with gleam. Mark simply nodded to assure her, heaven knows how Chloe adores Liam but Liam doesn’t even spare her a glance.

“Don’t go near the broken piece of glass I’ll get a servant okay?”

Mark planted a kiss on her cheek and went out of the room. In less than a minute a servant came into the room .

Mark lifted Chloe walking towards the window “Wow daddy it’s really high from up here anyone who falls from here will break a bone”

Mark forced a smile but deep down he was saddened because that was how exactly Brianna died.

The servant pushed the cushion a little in order to clean the tea that was spreading. He took out a piece of paper that was stuck under the cushion. “Master”

Mark turned towards the servant “What is it?”

“I found this piece of paper under the cushion it might be important”

“Throw it out” he ordered.

The servant obliged and was about to crumple it when he read the first word “Master this really looks important”

Mark sighed frustratingly dropping his little princess carefully on the cushion. “Let me see that” He collected the single piece of paper from the servant and went through it.

His heart slammed against his ribcage as he read through the paper, he lost his stance and held unto the drawer for support.

“Daddy!” Chloe climbed down from the cushion to hold her dad from falling.

Old Grayson searched the drawer over and over again but he couldn’t find it. Anger engulfed his whole being, who would dare enter his study and steal the file he had been hiding from his family all these years.
