After a long time, Derek said to Jackson, "Jackson, let's go now, it's time for us to go back home.
Selina and Cherry should be waiting for us already, and we might be late for the party if we arrive home
late."
"Let's go, " said Jackson, as he stood up from his seat and left the office.
Derek then followed Jackson in his trail.
In his quiet and luxurious villa, Mond was sitting on the sofa, while Jean and Sally were sitting opposite
to him.
Jean was very happy. She was going to the party dressed in a gorgeous dress, and she was also
excited that she would meet many people from the upper class of the city and talk to them. She thought
that she would feel very noble.
Sally looked at Jean, who was sitting beside her and always smiling, and said with disdain, "Isn't it so
exciting to meet your ex-husband?"
Hearing her words, Jean looked at Sally with hateful eyes, and said, "Hey, I don't want to see John
tonight! I'll be at Mond's side tonight as his female companion, but how about you? Are you really going
to go with Stephen?"
Jean asked sarcastically. In her eyes, Mond was in the same position as Jackson was, and Stephen's
status was equal with John's. Stephen was nothing, and he still had to obey Mond's orders, but Mond
was different, because he was the master of the whole hegemonic party.
Sally also looked at Jean disdainfully, and said, "You're just Mond's escort, not his woman. You're
shameless."
Jean suddenly replied, "I'm Mond's woman, what are you saying there? Mond has been providing me
for so many years, and I'm already his."
"Bah, do you think that you're so expensive? Don't you know how cheap you really are?" said Sally with
a sneer.
Jean wasn't angry, and as she looked at Sally, said, "Even if I'm cheap, I still have a man, unlike you,
who is still an old decrepit virgin."
"Jean, you..." Sally wanted to slap Jean.
When she saw her, Jean got scared and stepped a few paces back.
Then, Mond harshly shouted, "Enough!"
After she saw that Sally had furiously lowered her hand, Mond continued to say, "How old do you think
you are? Is it fun to play these kinds of tricks in front of me?"
Mond looked at Jean, and continued to say, "Jean, if you have the opportunity, kill Jackson. He wanted
to humiliate you to death when he sent you to that place. Don't tell me that you're still unwilling to kill
him."
"I..." Jean couldn't speak for a while, but she thought that Mond was right with what he said that she
should kill Jackson. She could never forget the people that she met and what she did in that horrible
place, and for her it was the most shameful and most humiliating experience of her life. Even if she
took dozens of showers every day, she still wasn't clean. How could she not hate him for what he had
done to her?
When he saw that Jean was speechless, Mond looked at Sally, and continued to say, "Sally, you keep
your body just for Jackson, which is worthy of praise, but can you deal with Jackson's woman? And
that kid, what do you plan to do with him? If you have a child in the future, don't you want him to be
Jackson's?"
"Of course that I want it to be Jackson's child!" said Sally, with hatred burning in her eyes. Word by
word she then said, "That bitch, Cherry, I will never let her go! She's already been with Jackson for a
long time, and I definitely need to take Jackson back from her."
Happiness suddenly disappeared in Mond's eyes. It was a good thing for him that Sally hated Cherry,
because in that case, Cherry would leave Jackson, and Sally could kill the child. At that time, Jackson's
family would already be dissipated, and that was what he wanted to see. He couldn't wait to bash
Jackson's corpse, but when he saw the hatred in Sally's eyes, he was actually worried about Cherry,
the chic interesting woman.
Mond immediately held his thoughts back, and as he took a deep breath, he said in an commanding
manner, "Tonight's party is very important to me, and you should all behave yourselves! If anyone
dares to mess up my plan, I won't let him or her go!"
Sally gave no reply to Mond's words.
As she looked at Mond's eyes, Jean started to become a little scared in her heart, and thought, 'His
soul must be horrible.'
Mond then looked at Jean, and said, "You, go upstairs and get dressed. You know how to dress, right?"
"Yes, I know, " replied Jean.
Sally then looked at Mond, and suddenly asked him, "When will Stephen come to pick me up?"
"Go back to your own house for now, Stephen will come to pick you up from there, " said Mond.
"Why? Can't you ask him to pick me up from here directly? My evening dresses and shoes are all here,
" said Sally, a little depressed. She wondered why she had to go back to her own villa. Wasn't it better
for Mond and Stephen to go to the party together?
"I won't allow you to change your clothes in my villa, " said Mond directly. He didn't save any face for
Sally.
In her heart, Jean burst into a cheerful laughter. Mond obviously showed his dissatisfaction towards
Sally, as she could change clothes in his villa, but Sally couldn't. It meant that Sally wasn't a big deal for
him.
Sally squinted at Jean and saw the smile on her face. She then looked at Mond with hatred, got up
from her seat, took her clothes and shoes bag, and walked out of the villa.
