When Samarra’s car drove away, Zachary stood outside for an unspecified period. All he knew was that he was overcome with remorse.
He intends to invite Samarra to the mall to shop for school clothes. But he’s too late because his older brother Zeke asked Samarra first. He is unaware that he is jealous of the two’s closeness. As she looked at his brother, he had already noticed Samarra’s stunned expression. Samarra was as if no one could see except his older brother Zeke, who seemed to have forgotten him.
He appeared to be overcome with resentment. “Jealous? What makes you so jealous, Zachary? Do you have feelings for Samarra?” He should reconsider his decision.
“No, I don’t love her.” He shook his head, trying to forget what he was thinking.
He’d just walked in. He went straight upstairs to get Samarra’s food left in their room. But as soon as he walked in, the cluttered bed opened up for him. Towels were strewn about, and the bathrobe lay on the floor. As he walks inside and picks up the clutter, he shakes. His emotions were boiling over with annoyance. And he started cleaning. He is not at ease in the dirt areas. He eventually cleaned the entire room. He took down the curtains and replaced them with new ones. He changes the pillowcase, as well as the bed sheets and comforter.
He then took the vacuum and vacuumed their entire room. He was dripping sweat because he had turned off the air conditioning in their room.
Marriage should be the woman who cleans. But in his case, it appears to be the other way around. While his wife was shopping, he cleaned up the mess she had left behind. Tsk! He would have agreed to have a stay-at-home servant if he had known what would happen. Zachary was shaken and will go straight to the bathroom. To put on their new towels and bathrobes. He took all of their dirty clothes to the laundry room.
He was tired when he noticed the clock in their living room had passed two o’clock in the afternoon. He was also hungry, so he cooked first and then ate. He cleaned and washed the kitchen clutter after he finished eating. He returned to their room immediately and took a shower to refresh and rest. He fell asleep as soon as he laid down on the bed.
Zachary awoke around seven o’clock in the evening and immediately took a shower before heading to Zafaria Mall. He could imagine Samarra’s reaction as he drove along, unavoidably smiling.
Samarra would be shocked if she saw him.
When Zachary arrived, he went for a walk around the mall. As he walked, hoping to see Samarra, he noticed his girlfriend Claudel with her manager Rance Punzalan.
He had long been suspicious of the two, but he had put that suspicion aside. He did not appear to the two and changed his course. He spins inside for an hour, but he can’t see Samarra. He had already considered contacting Harken for assistance.
“Harken? I need your assistance, bro,” As Harken answered his call, he said.
“I’m at your shopping center. I’m looking for someone, but I’m not interested in being paged. Yes, perhaps you can assist me in viewing the mall’s CCTV.”
“Are you also at the mall? Okay, let us meet.”
“What’s going on? Bro!” Enzo, who was also present in Harken’s office, welcomed him.
“Who are you looking for, and do you need to look at our mall’s CCTV?” Harken asked solemnly.
He didn’t want to lie to his friends, but he and Samarra had already discussed marriage, and no one would know.
He shook his head and sat down next to Enzo, who appeared to be having a problem.
“If you don’t want to say it, I understand. Let us enter our security room.” Harken took the lead and walked ahead of them.
Almost no people were inside the mall at ten in the evening, but the three of them and Harken were still on CCTV. It’s good that the CCTV security doesn’t bother him because he has to zoom in a few times on the Samarra’s he thought were there.
He can’t find them, Samarra, exhausted and surrendered. He was forced to agree and accompany Harken and Enzo when they decided to return home. He offered snacks to the security guards who assisted him, but they politely declined. He was adamant about getting them.
He arrived home at nearly midnight. Despite his lack of appetite, he was forced to eat. He was pleased when he got inside. When he saw Samarra sitting and looking like she was sleeping in their living room, it was as if all his tiredness had vanished.
Her beautiful face shows extreme tiredness.
He also noticed many paper bags scattered on the long chair and the floor. He examined them one by one on a receipt from ION Orchard Singapore. He couldn’t believe it when he swallowed. He was shocked by the price per paper bag.
What the fuck is this? Why didn’t they tell him they were in Singapore buying school supplies and clothes? He appears to be an idiot for going to Zafaria Mall for nothing.
As he counted the number of paper bags present, he began to sweat. Samarra seems to have depleted the contents of his atm.Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.
Samarra woke up.
“Why are you late, Cadden?” Samarra inquired, rolling her eyes.
“I went somewhere. You? Why are you still sleeping down here?” he inquired if the tiredness and annoyance he had previously felt had vanished.
“I’ll be waiting for you. I haven’t eaten anything yet.” Samarra groaned.
He wanted to laugh at Samarra’s scolding gesture as if she were a child.
“What do you want to eat?” he asked as he assisted Samarra to her seat.
“I’m carrying some food. Heat it.”
Zachary shook his head and led Samarra to the kitchen, where he saw her Singaporean food. When they were done eating, Samarra insisted on washing their hands.
He assisted Samarra in carrying the shopping bags after she finished washing them. They left the others in the living room. He walked upstairs because they couldn’t handle just one pull.
He reasoned that he needed to work part-time at the hotel to provide for Samarra’s needs.
