CHAPTER SIX
‘Where is that woman and why did she suddenly disappear? I just saw her talking to the workers and then she’s gone.’
After the wedding there was a celebration. Message from the workers and friends. Dancing, singing, and some traditional games for the newly wed. But when Enrique Locsin came she suddenly disappeared. Grandpa said that maybe they talk somewhere. Enrique is her best friend and she expect her to witness the wedding but he arrived late.
‘Is he that important to her? Well, I don’t care.’
“Looking for your wife, sucker?”
“I don’t care about that woman, Zeus.”
“So you accept that she’s already your wife.” I just didn’t answer him.
“I really thought Jace was the one to get marry first. And here you are now, marrying first.”
“You’re asshole, Blaze. I already forgot that and yet you reminded me?” Jace said angrily.
“Where’s Dane?” I ask.
“She’s busy talking to your grandpa.”
“I am so happy for you, princess.” We all look at a woman and a man walking towards us. They didn’t notice us because they were busy talking. They were obviously very happy. The way she laugh is obviously she don’t care to anyone.
“Thanks my prince.” She even leaned her head on the man’s shoulder as they walked holding their hands. “Thank you also for always being there for me and making me happy tonight. You never fail to amaze me.”
Making me happy tonight? What did they do? Don’t tell me they had sex—- fuck. On the night of our wedding? The thickness of her face. Why she did not tell me she wants to have sex and I myself will give it to her what she is looking for. She can really forget that man when he tastes me. But because she is flirt, she had sex everywhere.
“Yow Enrique!” Jace shouted. The woman quickly removed her hand that had been wrapped around Enrique.
“Oh, hi Jace, Zeus, Blaze, and Phoenix,” he greets us. They nod to him but I remain quiet. “Where’s Dane?” he added.
“She’s busy,” Jace replied with a smile. “You look more handsome now. It’s like yesterday we’ve been together and always fighting.”
“Yeah, those childhood memories that I will never forget, Jace.”
“Where did you came from?” I asked this woman who was bent over. “Nevermind.”
“I took her to the stable to give my gift for her,” Enrique said. “She’s been asking for Pinchy, my white horse for a long time and I told her I’ll give it to her when she gets married.”
“Someone went wrong again,” Jace whispered so I stared at him.
“Did you pack your things? Let’s go home tonight to the condo.” She nods without looking at me. “Would you please leave us all, my WIFE and I will just talk on something,”
“No one claims on your wife.” Jace.
“Did anyone claim?” Zeus.
“Did you, Zeus?” Blaze. And they left at once.
“And you?” I asked Enrique.
“Princess, I’m going home. Congrats and I know that you are the happiest wife at your simplest wedding. Best wishes, princess.”
“Thanks, Prince.” And they hugged before Enrique left.
“Why you did not kiss him in front of me?”
“We don’t have a relationship.”
“Shut up, I didn’t believe you. And you have an endearment, huh?” She bowed again. “I don’t care who or how many other men are with you. Just don’t show to my friends that you’re cheating on me. Don’t ruined my reputation because I won’t hesitate to hurt you.” She remained quiet.
“I’ll just let you know that I have a girlfriend and you don’t care. So I don’t care what Enrique is with you.”
“But where married, I’m your wife.”
“So? I just married you because of the money. The money that should be mine but because of you I am the one who’s begging. Get your things we’re leaving.”
“Nix!” I could not continue my step when she called me by my name.
“I told you to stop calling me that name,” I said carefully.
“Sorry,”
“What do you want?”
“I hope you give me a chance to look at me for what I am. Not because you hate me.”
“That’s why I’m mad at you. Because, I see the real you that they can’t see. If you can manipulate them, then not me. I already saw you what you are, they can’t see the real you because you’re good at deceiving.”
“I’m not an enemy, Phoenix. I just want to be your friend too. Especially now that I’m your wife.”
“You will never be my friend. Hurry up and I will wait for you in the car. Otherwise you will walk to my condo.” Then I rode first.
I waited for her in the car. I saw him talking to the staff and to grandpa. She bid goodbye to everyone before getting in the car.
“Your take too long.”
“I’m sorry, I told the staff about —”
“I don’t care, wear your seatbelt.”
We did not talk the whole trip. I ignored her either. I didn’t even bother her until we got to the building. I went down first and she just followed me. I walked as if I am alone. Even on the elevator ride I didn’t pay attention to her. We are my condo unit when I opened it and entered.
“We will sleep in a separate room. Just go check where you wanted to sleep.” I did not hear anything from her. There are two more vacant rooms so it’s up to her where she sleep. “I want to clarify something, you are not a princess here. So, don’t expect someone to take care of you here. You will work all the household chores.” She just nodded at what I said.
I removed my ring and give it to her.
“I don’t need that one.” She just looked at me in disbelief. “Any problem?” She shook so I turned around.
“What’s your unit password?” I looked at her but she suddenly bowed. “Maybe I can think of going out to buy something.”
“My age and date when we first went to Japan. You have a problem how to find out. 6 digits.” I laughed because no one else knew then. I just want to tease her actually, but I will give it to her because I have no plans to imprison her here. But tomorrow before I left for the office I will tell it to her.
I meant that was the password because no one really knows. Even mommy and daddy forgot that day. She still not with us at that time so for sure she doesn’t know about it.
“060622,” she whispered.
“What?” I asked in surprise so I looked back at her.
“060622, 06 because you were six years old then. 0622, June 22.” I was shocked by her answer. How did he know that? Mommy and daddy don’t know that also.
“How did you know it?”Contentt bel0ngs to N0ve/lDrâ/ma.O(r)g!
“You told me about it when we were kids so I remember.” I am in silent because of what she said. She’s that too vigilant to notice and care about everyone? For she can use it to manipulate people.
Well, sorry, I wasn’t amazed and I didn’t care if she remembered.
