Chapter 49 You Were Gifts from Heaven
Hearing the name Miss Clinton, Joe subconsciously turned his gaze to the two female employees. However, they seemed to have noticed Joe and nodded at him before quietly retreating to
a corner.
When the elevator reached the eighth floor, they fled out of it quickly.
Joe withdrew his gaze indifferently.
After Mia confirmed that Joe had left, she contacted Frank. “Where are you?”
“We’re in the technical department. You’d better come and have a look.”
Mia didn’t know if it was her illusion but Frank’s voice seemed a little strange.
She rushed to the technical department. As soon as she entered the door, she saw a group of people around a computer pointing at it. Frank and Anna were standing behind the crowd with helpless faces.
Mia looked around and suddenly became nervous. “Where’s Ben?”
Anna rañ over and hugged the leg of Mia, pointing to the group of people who surrounded him firmly, “He is there!”
Looking at the crowd, Mia was stunned for a moment. “What happened?”
“When Ben came here just now, he happened to see the staff of the technical department writing code, so he… made a few suggestions.” Frank looked a little subtle. It was funny to see a four-year-old child seriously instructing an employee of the technical department, but what he said was always right.
Anna also nodded heavily. “Later, Ben went to write codes by himself! Those uncles all surrounded him and ‘invaded’ him!!”
Mia didn’t expect such a reason and couldn’t help laughing.
It was only then that the person in charge of the technical department discovered the existence of Mia.
Seeing Mia, the usual shy and reserved person rushed up excitedly for the first time. “Is this the child you brought? He is so talented! You must insist on cultivating him. The national technology will rely on him in the future!”
Mia coughed softly. “Don’t flatter him too much…”
“How could it be a flatter?” The person in charge of the technical department looked at her with disappointment. “He just started from DevOps’ perspective…”

The person who used to talk very little now explained a technical problem for nearly ten minutes. It was Frank who came over and took him away that made Mia recover from countless professional terms.
At this time, Ben finished his demonstration and ran to Mia with
a cold face.
Everyone in the technical department looked at him with a smile, took out snacks one by one, and handed them to Ben.
Seeing this scene, Mia didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Was
this a favor from the technical staff?
On the way back to the office, Anna was fed a lot of snacks by the ladies in the secretary’s office. The little girl was so excited that her face turned red. She said, “Mom, your company is really fun. I want to come here every day.”
Behind her, Ben also straightened up silently.
Mia bent down and pointed at her nose. “You want something to eat, don’t you? You’re going to kindergarten in a few days, so you can only come here occasionally.”
“Ah?” Anna snorted in disappointment. This was the second time she had heard the name kindergarten.” What’s fun about it? Is it funnier than your company?”
“Of course, there will be many teachers and students there. You will definitely like it.” Mia tried her best to fool them. RêAd lat𝙚St chapters at Novel(D)ra/ma.Org Only
Anna pondered for a moment before nodding reluctantly. “Alright.”
Seeing that Ben had gotten some dirt on his face from
somewhere, Mia quickly cleaned him up with a wet tissue. When the distance between them was narrowed, Ben suddenly asked, “Is he here today?”
