Suddenly, she spotted Sam standing in the corner, and her eyes lit up.
"That's right! Sam can help me out!" Anna thought,
"We're so close. He'll definitely help me!"
"Sam, please help me! Talk to Miss Wilson and ask her to let me stay in the company," Anna implored. Anna's words drew everyone's attention in the room, and they all looked toward Sam.
However, Sam tensed up, frantically blinking at Anna. He didn't want to be involved in this matter at all.
